RMA Policy
The limited warranty term is one year, beginning on the original date of purchase which will require proved copy of receipt.
This limited warranty is provided by AWA Technology Inc. The Limited Warranty does not cover damage or affected operation of equipment covered by this Limited Warranty resulting from external causes, including accident, abuse, vandalism, misuse, problem with electrical power, servicing not authorized by AWA Technology Inc.
During the one year period beginning the day of purchase, AWA will repair or replace products covered under this limited warranty that are returned to AWA’s designated address. To request limited warranty service, you must contact AWA Customer Service Department within the limited warranty period.
Download and complete RMA Form. You may either email or fax it to AWA RMA Department. Our RMA Customer Representative will issue RMA Number for the approved service requests. AWA reserve the right to refuse service and return any packages without RMA Number.
